about

The End Of Days (of 2016 at least) is at hand – which means it must be time for the now annual event of The Revelation of John (Stancil). For fans of the kind of heavy-riffing industrial rock made legendary by the likes of KMFDM and MINISTRY, you need look no further to find your new favourite Album Of The Year.

Following on from the formidable electro-industrial assault of “Deadly Force” and his hip-hop flavoured “Automaton Assisted Annihilation” albums, to close out 2016 North Carolina’s most bad-ass bass-metal music machine BL4KJ4K aka SERAPHIM SYSTEM changes gear again - this time embracing a similarly hard-rocking aesthetic to his recent work on the RAVE THE REQVIEM album “The Gospel Of Nil” for his own new metal-suffused long-player “Luciferium”.

This album truly is the Devil’s playground – 10 tracks of relentless metal-edged industrial mayhem, mastered for maximum impact by Jan L at X-Fusion Music Production in Germany. The bleak one-word song-titles themselves speak volumes – “Destroyer”, “Oblivion”, “Chaos”…with perhaps the biggest surprise being that the final track is called “Alive”.

With sumptuously satanic artwork by DWA’s lead designer Vlad McNeally, “Luciferium” comes like SERAPHIM SYSTEM’s albums before it in 4-panel digipak…but what undoubtedly already qualifies as a beast of a release comes also as a very special vinyl version on multiple 7” records!

That’s right – “Luciferium” will also be released weekly from today as an ultra-limited collector’s series of 5 lathecut black vinyl 7”s, each in their own picture-sleeves…with the kicker being a bonus 6th record and circular screenprinted “Luciferium” souvenir jacket-patch being awarded free of charge to anyone collecting all 5 singles!

The additional secret tracks contained on this 6th 7” are exclusive to this 7” vinyl version and will not be reissued anywhere else ever! BUT BEWARE - well worth selling your soul for in our opinion, this sumptuous 6-disc “Great Beast Edition” of “Luciferium” on vinyl is strictly limited to 16 SETS ONLY (6 + 16, “let him that hath understanding count the number”…)

As is well-known, the Devil…no…DWA has all the best tunes – and in the shape of “Luciferium” SERAPHIM SYSTEM has done the Devil’s work in ways of which Satan himself would be proud.
"Luciferium" releases in its infernal entirety on November 24th - with special pre-order discount of 20% OFF all pre-orders of the digipak AND digital versions until that date.
