RETURN OF THE RIVET HOUND!

Maverick bass music producer BL4KJ4K returns both to DWA and his electro-industrial roots with his first full-length album of the year!

Falling somewhere between the spiritual sequel to his hip-hop influenced 2015 "Automaton Assisted Annihilation" and the cold calculation of last year's instrumental concept album "Obsidian Frontline", the aptly titled "Phoenix" (aka "PH03N1X") finds us all - artist, label and audience - seeking to rise from the flames after months of lockdown around a pandemic-ridden world.

Formulated much like a DJ-set, "PH03N1X" ebbs and flows, its playback punctuated as much by periodic shifts up and down in tempo as by breaks between tracks themselves.

Matching this, for the first hundred hard copies, "Phoenix" comes on CD accompanied by a DJ-style megamix of the material from the "MUTANT MTHRFKR" series of EPs - previously only ever released digitally!
This 2CD Limited Edition comes hand-numbered on the inside of the traycard, with the 2CD jewelcase wrapped in the same style outer O-card often found protecting DWA 2CD releases.

"PH03N1X" drops, or rather rises, on June 19th and can be pre-ordered now. All pre-orders include immediate free download of 2 tracks, to whet your appetite for the full album while you wait...
